Repeaters
The Liverpool Amateur Repeater Club operates four repeaters in the Syracuse area. A "repeater" by the way, merely picks up and retransmits your signal at a higher power and from a higher location to extend the coverage of your radio. We are fortunate in having two of our sites located 1,600' above sea level and providing coverage from Rochester in the west, to Cortland in the south, to Utica in the east, and into southern Canada to the north.
